I started in Real Estate about 40 yrs ago as an agent working for Remax. I have always believed in being my own boss no matter what, I was not made for a job. So I did my first investment house in CT in the 80s and instantly fell in love with making money on something I spent less than 40hrs worth of time on. I started receiving monthly checks "cash flow" every month year after year after year; I call this mailbox money! Imagine putting about 40hrs into this and getting paid for up to 30 years.
